IN SPACE Painting

Being born in Italy instilled in me an overwhelming sense of expressive frustration. Enriching my visual sensitivity like a volcano, my imagination was inundated like a tidal wave, my senses assaulted by an unrelenting feast of inspiration - too much to absorb, too vast to process. It was a different kind of Stendhal syndrome - not one of fainting, but of an insatiable urge to create, to paint, to visually scream through my art. Over the years, this drive evolved into an exciting journey of self-discovery and visual experimentation - a charting exercise of my fixations rendered through paintings and drawings.
