I've visited Gloucester several times because the scenery of the harbor with the old "retired" working ships create an unforgettable scenery, a real treat for a painter. I am a traditional painter, so I painted a realistic view of the harbor and I hope that this painting will give some of the same feelings to the viewer that I had when I painted it.
