He is specialized in city scapes, his paintings are characterized by a dominant perspective and large light contrasts. The play of light, both at day and night, intrigue him. The purpose is to create a certain atmosphere. usually this is one of alienation. It brings up feelings of melancholia, loneliness, sadness. But also peace, beauty, fascination.
