Interwiewer Painting

My specialty lies in the application of a variety of processes and by a flexibility of techniques. This supposed dispersion leads to a particular universe. One filled with my relationship to everyday life as a coherent and simultaneous participant and founded on spontaneity and surprise as modes of survival. I use artistic expression as an excuse to take risks, to open my sights towards transformation. I am interested in the intuitive and ritual process as a way of connecting with the intangible. I look for my roots so as not to fly away. It fascinates me when the soul opens up and hidden desires, unexpected thoughts and veiled emotions appear, connecting me with memory gaps that I did not experience directly. My works are not closed and serve as a screen for various readings, always different. We see what we want to see, what we need to see and often what we don't want to see. As for my own experience in art, I find a joy in manipulation, experimentation and contact with materials. Of their smell and sensuality, as well as the aesthetic enjoyment in producing the work itself. The textures used in my works try to direct one to the touch of my emotions. Of the suffered, of the enjoyed. The wax tears, present in many of my works, represent the pain, hope and joy that invade many moments of our lives. When I give birth to my works, I want them to grow to inspire others. I want them to talk about life: the complexity of humanity; the connection with ourselves, with each other, and with the Earth. Intertwining painting with the psychology of the soul is an act of purity that transforms me. Painting, for me, is the epidermis of the human being's breath, the first skin of a mind yet to be discovered.
