About The Artwork
I have always liked the black and white illustrations that were published in old books back in the 1920's, 30's and 40's. The science fiction stuff like War of the Worlds looked fabulously awkward, angry and steam-antique. This is my take on Wells' tripods. An invasion, by a race of deadly mechanical machines with vastly more intelligence than us.
