ABOUT THE ARTWORK
"Iriscape" is a diptych, 2, 24" x 48" wood panels, in acrylic and acrylic metallic paint, focusing on a mixture of colorful irises. One of my favorite flowers, I wanted to create a fantasy collection of them in a garden I live near. The large sun disc represents the arrival of Spring, and the coming season of color and beauty.
