The Petit Palais museum in Paris. Champs-Elysées The Petit Palais in Paris has been abandoned, overtaken by plants, and surrounded by trees. Humans have left the city. After the departure of humans, life returns, as it did in the earliest days of humanity. This series was inspired by the Chernobyl disaster in Ukraine in 1986. Even today, humans are still forbidden to enter the site of the nuclear catastrophe, yet trees, plants, and animals have reclaimed the area. For me, this series is not sad; it represents renewal, a new life granted to our beautiful planet. Humans no longer exist, but we can imagine that nature will replace them as it did millions of years ago. It is also a call for ecological awareness, emphasizing the need to respect our beautiful blue planet. Wood and aluminium frame. Weight: 2 kg. Protected by a glossy varnish; the sides are painted yellow (modifications possible), ready to hang on the wall."

Figurative Parisian painter capturing the soul of Urban Scenes. Member of society of SALON D'AUTOMNE Paris Member of the Taylor Foundation, Paris Feb. 2023 PARIS (salon Les Artistes Français) March 2023 : LONDON :THE OTHER ART FAIR August 2023: TOKYO ART CENTER, JAPAN Born in the outskirts of Paris. I live and work in Paris suburbs. Living in a big city for half my life has influenced my work. I have a fascination for cities: noisy, overwhelming and lively, yet hiding people loneliness. I paint mostly urban landscapes: the interiors (shops, cafe, theatre house) full of details and colourful with very few details for the people: they are just part of the scenery. I’ve worked for the theatre for ten years and that experience gave me a love of colours, of framing my subject a certain way. I’m not looking for the exact repliqua of the reality but for an emotion I want to convey in my paintings through colors. My work is made of lots of layers of acrylic on a canvas, quick rough brush strokes and vivid colours. I use acrylic because it’s a medium that corresponds to my character: I’m impatient and this material suits me for it allows my painting a speed, a raw aspect, sometimes violent; I work in a kind of urgency.
