Art Description

Painting: Acrylic on Canvas.

Kintsugi is the art of repairing broken pottery with golden lacquer. Not only is there no attempt to hide the damage, but the repair is literally illuminated. This piece is inspired by this amazing Japanese technique. I take all my source images myself. This painting is on gallery wrapped canvas with finished edges. It comes ready to hang.
