With no formal training, Danielle has been painting since 2006 as a creative outlet. Waking on a sunny Saturday morning in 2006, she purchased her first canvas, a 3 foot by 3 foot canvas, mixed her colors, and started painting. Danielle now paints on a consistent basis for the absolute love of it. Danielle was born and grew up in Zimbabwe, Africa, and moved to the USA in 2012. Danielle hosted her first debut, solo art exhibition in Brooklyn, New York in October 2013. Her first collection, named el Veevo v1, represents a biographic journey of transforming an alien place into a home. Each of the pieces are named after an element within the periodic table, and are a dedication to the structure, chaos, and clarity of that table.
