L'envolée Painting

Lucile CALLEGARI paints with acrylic and charcoal to make her work. As far as drying in concerned, it is fast and the raw side of the material laid energetically gives an intensity to the portraits "My work is defined by spontaneity, the expression of the unconscious that materializes on the canvas, the dripping and the projected to end; all in one jet". Inspired by the human being, the artist paints the feminine face under his entire palette of emotion. Each of the women represented in her paintings is unique, so particular, peculiar aesthetically and in what each one tells. To begin the realization of a canvas, Lucile CALLEGARI is inspired by face that exists, a photograph, which serves only as a basis for the succinct drawing with charcoal. When she feels ready for painting, the basic model is set aside because is doesn't matter to follow her likeness. The essential interest of creating is freedom, so a new face takes shape as it develops and becomes unique. It is at the end that she discovers what the portrait reveals, she says "guided by her sensitivity".
