Inspired by the failure of society and government to live up to the promise of liberty, equality, and justice for all, especially the LGBTQIA community. I hope the viewers will be motivated to action. To vote out the anti-democratic forces in our government. To protect and support our community from the relentless attacks, with empathy and compassion. As a Transgender Woman, I'm all to familiar with injustice and discrimination. This piece was created using a heavy texturization process, which I developed to give images more of a 3D effect.
