It all stems from the fact that I’ve always perceived myself as a small spongy container where every shape is stomached in a complex harmonious digestion. Here is the compulsion to empty myself as it escapes from the pores of my skin!! And away in the immediacy where the erasures, or the so-called errors, are non existent everything remains harmoniously protagonistic. Wonder of Wonders, the work is born: a legacy of the cycle of existence! And to think, like my life, I am continuously amazed, from start to finish, with how many shapes and colours the work is remade !!! It is upon this “FINISH” that I rediscover the small spongy container filling up once more - we are back at “START” ... my pores flow (life!) and the works decide to be born (yet more life!) I believe! I feel! I paint...
