Yuliya Manko was born in Russia, in the small town of Volgodonsk, on June 12, 1993, and lives in Krasnodar, Russia, and is an emerging artist. Yuliya Manko graduated subsidiary from National Research Nuclear University MEPhI (Moscow Engineering and Physics Institute) as an engineer, and now she is studying at Volgograd State Pedagogical University at the Institute of Art Education.
