ABOUT THE ARTWORK
For brighter times a colorful painting. The name of the piece it is inspired by the song with the same name played by Eric Clapton, the song actually was playing on the radio meanwhile I was working on it, and I thought right on the moment that it is the perfect name. Layla is also one of my favorite songs. I think that music can be such a good inspiration for an artist. For me both of them music and painting are working perfectly together .This piece is a mixed media on canvas where I used modeling paste and acrylics. I really hope “she” will find her place in your hearts like it did in mines
