I felt inspired to paint this 'Lemons and Limes with mugs on a yellow background' because at the time I was eating lots of fresh fruit and vegetables after having our third child, I was keen to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight. I was amazed by the range of bright, beautiful contrasting colours of all the different fruits. The lemons and limes were definitely a favourite to paint.
