A work called "Freedom" (canvas, oil, 50x70 cm, 2017) was written for the Spanish exhibition on the theme of Pablo Picasso's painting "Guernica". In this we see neither horrors nor tragedy: the color palette is quite different - bright, colorful. It conveys people's hope for a happy future and a peaceful sky above their heads. However, the war is not forgotten. The gray sky appears as a trace of military bombardment, and white clouds - as a symbol of hope and freedom, faith and purity. A black jug symbolizes the inhabitants of Spain, with its wine, harvest and fertile land, but at the same time a red hole appears from the bullet of the Spanish revolution. Two guitars symbolize love and faith. The musical nature of the work reflects the unity of the people and freedom. Love wins, gives hope for a peaceful breakfast morning with a blue sky and white clouds.
