ABOUT THE ARTWORK

Acrylic on canvas abstract painting made with quality acrylic paint and triple primed gesso canvas. Description of work: This piece was inspired by every woman. The pink circles represent the period of different women. The blue marks around the pink circles show that every one has different cycle periods, hence, why the blue marks have been placed randomly but intentionally around the pink circles. Also, the interception of the pink circles show that women may have different cycles but are still one. Hence, the depiction of unity among women. The red and pink is very obvious, it represents blood and Blood signifies the presence of life. This work will be shipped in a protected tube wrapped in bubble wrap. This painting has an additional 2 cm (0.8 inches) of extra canvas on each side, to stretch on a framework.
