ABOUT THE ARTWORK
One of my favorite colors is lilac. I always wanted to paint a picture with these amazing branches of tenderness. I started and realized how difficult it is to convey on canvas. But I still drew and I hope that it was possible to some extent. I chose a 3D canvas for the picture. On a stretcher. I paint with oil paints of a professional series. I love this material in painting, it conveys the depth of the drawing. Drawing lilac I felt like I was swimming in a lilac cloud of its fragrance. I hope that looking at my work, the viewer will be able to experience my emotions. This is tenderness, spring mood and other good emotions. Do you remember when the lilacs bloom?
