About The Artwork

This painting is framed. Chinese paintings are more than they appear to be on the surface. They are abstract and symbolic, they carry meanings by convention and they communicate ideas to the viewer. Not only can the visually-aware viewer appreciate the picture, but they can also read the meaning conveyed within the painting by the artist. This painting, with the love birds and plum blossoms expresses the artist's love of life and nature.
