The dog house here is mighty small But it's better than no house at all So ease it on over (move it on over) Drag it on over (move it on over) Move over old dog cause a new dog's moving in The song and lyrics are by Hank Williams This dog is a German Pinscher. She an elegant looking dog and I was determined to paint her portrait in a dignified pose. I chased her around snapping photos. After 40-50 pics I gave up. Dignity is not her personality. She's fun loving, affectionate, and she is smart enough to get into trouble A LOT. The title and lyrics are by the singer Hank Williams The canvas was heavily textured before painting in order to add a third dimensional appearance to the painting. It has finished black sides. It is varnished and ready to hang.
