Magic Square #4 Painting

Fourth in a series of paintings based on sigils in magic squares. "A magic square is an arrangement of distinct numbers, usually integers, in a square grid, where the numbers in each row, and in each column, and the numbers in the main and secondary diagonals, all add up to the same number." Each number in the square has been simplified into a geometric square. A sigil is created by reducing the text of the intention of the sigil to a simple numeric pattern. In this iteration the sigil is drawn with modeling paste to raise off the canvas while remaining obscured behind the pattern of the magic square.
