ABOUT THE ARTWORK
An impressionistic view of the the Manhattan skyline towards New Jersey. The work moves between abstract and impressionistic with the thousands of windows created as patterns created on computer and then cut out using a stencil cutter, painted through, stuck onto canvas to give that impression of the skyscapers combined with big brush stroke painterly marks to join and convey the energy of New York.
