During my formative years my mentors were David Bowie, David Sylvian, Peter Murphy, Grace Jones, Peter Gabriel, Kate Bush, Freddy Mercury, David Lee Roth and more. My early creative life was spent as a drummer (naturally, it's Africa) in musical groups.
