ABOUT THE ARTWORK
I like to use different mediums such as canvas, cardboard, wood. I learned to draw faces and bodies with my father who was an excellent drawer since I was a little girl, and later in art school and people are in most of my art work. I also like religious themes such as Mary and Jesus, and angels.

I am a Norwegian artist born in beautiful Bergen with origins in Finnmark and Nordfjord, coastal regions with strong cultural heritage gifted with sublime landscape with a combination of mountains, fjords, ocean, glaciers, lakes and wildlife. I studied art at Bryggen Kunstskole in Bergen and have been drawing and painting since I was little. My first contact with art was through my father who was an excellent drawer. I have a studio in historical Bryggen, a hanseatic UNESCO World Heritage site since 1979, for over 20 years. This wonderful setting is the source of my inspiration.
