Verna Jane is a self-taught abstract expressionist artist. A daring and modern painter, Jane turns herself away from common art trends in order to give her art the freedom it needs to express itself unreservedly on the canvas, revealing its full potential. In her paintings Jane expresses her innermost deepest emotions, wishes and ambitions. Her paintings incorporates strong feelings, life experiences, visions, daydreaming, fantasies and sexual identity. ​ All her paintings are made with thick acrylic and plaster on canvas. Some parts in her paintings, such as the male or female gentiles, may protrudes forward and many times are of natural size. Please read the description of each painting for more information.
