Memories of the Night - Original Painting by Tony Davie There is nothing more exhilarating then being at Sennen Cove at night. The cloud formations are magical along with the way the light reflects through the cloud onto the sea. This artwork captures this scene using inks, texture and acrylics to convey a sense of light and movement. This artwork is textured and is mounted in a contemporary white-framed, glass-fronted frame. If you would like any more information please message. This series of paintings is my largest ever project as I am painting 365 artworks of Sennen Cove. One for each day of the year. I have been inspired and captivated by this beautiful, magical bay in a remote part of western Cornwall near Lands End. No two days are the same and each painting endeavours to catch a moment in time using abstraction to convey a sense of mood, time and place. At the end of this project it is my intention to hold an exhibition of prints that show the whole collection together in chronological order and later in the year I am publishing a book with selected Sennen Cove paintings.
