Memory's of time -2 Painting

I have often felt a sense of withdrawal from my All through, my works can be seen as an investigation about my self. It can be also seen as journeys undertaken through various terrains outside and inside by me and my surroundings. These sets of paintings are in a continuum with my larger engagement about urbanity and contemporary life. I present the memories of daily life as fragmented views of the world which regroup themselves as a new unity in the picture plane. These varied experiences occupy a space that is impartial to their differences and is ordered to bring about the simultaneity of existence. I would like to see my works as attempting to read the fragmentary nature of life expressed in works of Kitaj, David Hockney and obviously from the American graffiti artists who have used naivety to expressively comment upon the postmodern condition
