At the age of 13, he studied at the children's art studio "February" where he acquired basic knowledge of composition, color studies, drawing and painting. At the age of 15 he entered the Higher Art Professional School number 3. After five years of study, he entered the Precarpathian National University of the Faculty of Fine Arts.
