About The Artwork
This work is a result of many transformations in more than ten years. I was inspired by some sort of time gap and sedimented memory that intrigued me to continue and transform the story. The whole working process is characterized with the absence of any kind of idea that might impose which way to go or how should the final work look like. In the "Messenger Seed" my visual narrative relied just on the "faint idea" and during the working process was gradually crystallized in the final image.

Vive e lavora tra Perugia e Montepulciano. Nella sua ricerca sperimenta varie tecniche artistiche, dalla pittura al disegno per arrivare alla scultura e alle installazioni. Il periodo formativo più importante avviene dopo un classico percorso di studi, quando all’inizio degli anni ‘90 incontra la Meditazione Trascendentale e studia le discipline orientali, come l’Ayurveda, fondamentale per lo sviluppo di una base filosofico - intellettuale nelle sue ricerche artistiche. Realizza scenografie e costumi per il teatro e l’opera. Dal 2005 partecipa alle attività artistiche de “ilCAntinonearte Teatri” di Montepulciano.
