Thinking about the cruel fate of animals in circuses who are kept in cramped quarters and are trained to perform "tricks" for human entertainment. Here the tables are turned and a money is training Lion. Of course animals do not do this to one another. This artwork is currently on exhibition in the final stage of a 2-year long and 6-gallery touring exhibition in Queenland, Australia, called Animal Fanfair.

Jones’s sculptures are curious crossbreeds of animal, human and plant, evoking the fantasy realm of children’s books, but with a sombre twist. Her use of narrative, irony and symbolism, invites viewers to re-evaluate their relationship with nature, and in particular, with other animals. With an art career spanning over 15 years, Claude Jones has exhibited widely. She has been the recipient of several awards, grants and scholarships, including 10 international artist residencies. Jones’s artworks are represented in public and private collections around the world. Claude Jones is a plant-eating pacifist who passionately believes in the emancipation of all innocent beings.
