Moonlight baby Painting

This oilpainting is made on high quality linen which is wrapped around alluminium framework. The oilpaint is applyed in many transparant layers. When you look at it carefully you can see what is underneath each layer. People and animals can have a special relation and communication. I experianced that with my own dog but also with other animals like for example horses and birds. The moon and its light always give me that special feeling of being that individual in the big universe. It makes me forget about the world and brings me in poetic and dreamy atmosphere. People inspire me, I study their moves, their doing nothing, their communication and make sketches of them. Often I use my own experience and make it universal. Nature also inspires me: its space, its structures, trees and animals. My people find themselves in a invented situation or landscape. The colors I choosed are important to the atmosphere of the painting. I hope that others will feel good seeing my drawings and paintings.
