Motes of Gods Painting

This work was inspired by the life long struggle to make a living as an artist. I hope viewers will think about consequences of consciousness and humanitys inability to cooperate. I am inspired to use abstract expressions in this way to reflect on and release the emotions stirred up by consciousness within. I take inspiration from influences of Wassily Kandinsky and Paul Gauguin. Wrestling dark spirits Battles fought by minions Wearing robes of light Hiding truth from lies Heads holding hollow eyes Well serving latchkeys Mimicking demon masters Pulling puppet strings Shadows dance on display Hyping up hypnotic hysteria Districting gullible masses Manipulating means as ends Justifying as necessary evil Burying conscience with ego Controlling the narrative Marauders murdering justice In order to masquerade As heroes of the people Deceiving themselves as Doing no harm to others Subconsciously dying a Second death as emotion Becomes self betrayal The gluttony of greed Devours its devotees All used and abused Devils suffer not their own
