The subject of the Observer is not easy to explain. After becoming interested in psychology and meditation, the realization that you can observe your own thoughts was an eye-opener. You can watch how they come and how they work. After practicing for a longer time, you begin to realize that you are not your thoughts, but your thoughts and feelings are yours. It is also interesting that with more practice you realize that you can observe everything, even yourself observing your thoughts. Once here I got caught up in excitement and asked myself the question, who is seeing/watching all this? So I "turned" to observe who is observing the observer. To my surprise, I was immediately followed by the image of a black circle in the darkness. I don't know how to explain it. I think this work is an observer watching the transformations of consciousness. The thoughts and ego structures that are born in it later become character traits.
