About The Artwork

The original painting was based on the incident of George Harrison's angry telegram sent to Richard Nixon after the 1973 immigration troubles in the USA. Recently when I thought about that incident, it was just one incident that happened during the peace and love counterculture revolution that started in the early 60s. But unfortunately, it was a lost battle for the entire human species. And after that, Everything went perfectly wrong. I'm not sure how many people would realize when we look around the world we live in that the impact of this loss is more significant than Hiroshima and Nagasaki. And worse is we still suffer from the mounting aftermath. as a result, we live in an insane world. Most people only care about selfishly making money to get more powerful, funding terrorism, spreading discrimination, haterism and killing people they disagree with. Big corporations are making vast profits by filling our lungs with Hazzard gasses, polluting our water and destroying the natural balance leading us towards global warming. Also, the wrong and harmful messages we are getting from the media effecting future minds. And lastly, I would like to leave you with the thought of Imagining what kind of world we would have been living if peace and love had won the battle.
