It's an enigmatic nocturne which shows only a fragment of a city covered in darkness. We can see it from a bank, the water flows and before our eyes appears something. What is it? I like that feeling of uncertainty and the mood it's creating. It's like you are standing on a bank alone with your thoughts and there's is no one to disturb you. Justyna Wiesek was born in Warsaw (Poland) in 1988. In 2014 she graduated from the Faculty of Art History of the Warsaw University. In 2011-2016 she studied at the Academy of Fine Art in Warsaw and did her degree in Painting in Krzysztof Wachowiak Atelier and Dorota Grynczel Artistic Textile Atelier where she thrice gained a distinction and was marked the highest grade. She lives and works in Warsaw.
