ABOUT THE ARTWORK
This is a happy, vibrant summery still life made mainly using layers of acrylic paint and collaged painted paper cut outs. The surface is quite textured due to the layers of paint that make up the back ground and the layered paints on the cutouts too. Some elements including the fruit have pastel as the last layer adding colour and variation of texture.
