My colour fields are painted with acrylic colours and mostly on canvas. I developed an especial technique of constructive and destructive painting processes. A work of mine - depending on the transparency of each colour - contains between 70 and 100 layers.
In my colour field paintings, change takes place by the interaction of colours, which seemingly dissolve diffuse and begin to waft, pulsate and vibrate. The colour fields seem to develop a life of their own and take the viewer even in itself.
