Old house Painting

Hello! My name is Elena)) this story about my father)) Victor Pozhidaev-Poklad was born at 17-th April 1958 in Charkov. He grew up and was bought up in miner's family in Snezhnoye of Donetsk region. He began to pait at the early age. His mother and her older brother painter feedor Omelchenko conduced to it a lot. From the early age clue to the father's passions for amateur photoes he showed serious interest in the photography and then from 13 in the amateur cinema. Again his father who played quit well on the trumpet drew the son to the music. In 1971 Victor finished music school of saxofones and clarnet's classes. in 1975 after finishing the school and unsucesessful entering to the cameramen in VGIK he worked at machine building factory as a fitter at the same time continuing study music cinema and photography. from 1976 to 1978 he served in the Soviet Army. In 1978 he entered to the producer's department of the cinema and TV the SITA in Kiev. At the same time he resumed studing painting and as a painter worked on the sketches of his undergraduaties thesies. In 1981 he, as a painter director? made a performance of the producer's graduation work on I.Shwarz play "Snow Queen" on the stage of Dnepropetrovsk Theatre of the Yang Spectator. In November of the same year at the conference of student's film in Moscow he, as a producer and author of his undergraduate film "On Saturdays" was given a prize of philological department of the MGY "For the best embodiment of contemporary theme". In 1983 after graduating from the institute and defence of the graduation work he worked as a producer at "LenTVfilm" and "Lenfilm". During all this period of time he didn't stop studing painting and since 1987 he has been taking part in exhibitions of Leningrad's group of painters "Island".From 1988 to 1991 as author and film director he made three short films at "Leningrad branch the cinematografist's until of the USSR". Until now hi is Member of the Union of Artists of Russia and St.- Petersburg. His pictures are bought by State Museum of the History in St.-Petersburg, they are in private collections in Russia, Europe,USA, Australia. Lived and worked in St.-Petersburg. He died in 2014.
