Own sins Painting

This sheet of paper created with Indian ink represents this old man facing himself. As if facing an invisible mirror where the shape and the fleshy envelope remain the same, but his faceless soul is different and changes over time and the sins committed. This drawing was greatly inspired by the book "The Picture of Dorian Gray", where Dorian Gray falls in love with his portrait painted by Basil Halward. He keeps his eternal youth blinded by the pleasures of life. His fleshy envelope does not change and remains young forever, but the painting assumes all his sins and gets worse day by day. I recommend this very inspiring book, to take away with this little drawing!
