ABOUT THE ARTWORK
I am inspired by 60's geometric art, however using bolder colors that pop off the canvas. In cosmic terms the angular amount of parallax in a particular case, especially that of a star viewed from different points in the earth's orbit. This painting Parallax I can be paired with its mirror image, Parallax II, which gives the painting a very emphasized, large-scaled view of colors and lines. Together both pieces would measure 12 feet x 5 feet and would be a beautiful statement piece in any large space.
