The project is composed of a series of ten works which highlight the connection between video games and the current state of our society. The destruction of our natural environment and the urban sprawl are rendered through games such as "Snake", "Pac-Man", "Breakout", "Minesweeper", "Tetris", "Paint" and "Duck Hunter". The compositional structure of the pieces of work is similar to the graphic interface, while the elements on which these games are based are superseded by stylized symbols which make the association between physical and digital reality possible. "Pac-Man" uncovers the process entitled as consumerism. The protagonist which we are all associated with is represented through a yellow circle which eats up all the resources on the map. In life, we do nothing but consume natural resources and run away from the unavoidable ending. Behind "Pac-man" there is more than meets the eye, as it happens with any other game, be it real or virtual. The game can be regarded as a simulator for life with the help of which we can get a better grasp of how the workings of our existence come to be. Therefore, there really is a strong connection between life and game. Life ends at one point in a similar way that "Pac-Man" has a tragic outcome. Despite the three lives the character has in the game, the human can only have one. No one has ever played "Pac-Man" without losing at least one life, while lacking practice or knowledge about how the game works. In the same manner, we appear in our own game. Each of us is kept in that labyrinth of the physical space and without any precise information regarding life, trying to make a score as high as possible while extending his or her life to the point where the game comes to an end.
