Two worlds - light and dark - are not spatially separated here, but are intertwined, as parties for two instruments in one symphony. This is life - to burn, oxygen and hydrogen. There are so many rays, so many invasions of one world into another, so many various turns and deadly endings that it is difficult to find a direction in which you can still go. To understand this picture, one must understand the previous ones by finding in them their elements, so to speak, the lines of construction, and then mentally erase these lines and construct in their place another picture - a sounding one. Why is the picture called "Passion"? Because it has the same sound of elements that we put into the notion of "passion", "passionate desire," "passionate desire." What do we most want from life? That the red melody wins yellow? Of course not. We want maximum penetration into a foreign world - although this is deadly - and we want this alien world to also penetrate us. In other words, we want this picture to penetrate the soul and that a kind of sound remains in the soul. When we then approach the point where our ray ends and there is nothing further, then this sound becomes the content with which our soul-free soul can live on. Abstract painting has the property that we can carry it beyond the point where the straight line ends. Other currencies are not accepted at the border point. To the question what awaits us in that world, I could answer this: we are waiting for there the brightest and beautiful abstract paintings that we managed to love, being in it.

First of all, hello and let me thank you for opening the page where my paintings of recent years are presented! My name is Eugene Yakovlev. I was born and took the first steps, including in the work, in the city of Komsomolsk-on-Amur. His academic education continued in Vladivostok in the Far Eastern State Technical University in the architectural department. The world around us is changing rapidly. To replace the quiet forward movement in the past, the roaring, rushing present burst. Cities, countries, people - sweep in an endless kaleidoscope before your eyes. Images and emotions jump on each other, mix, change properties. And you already see not the path, but some points. And how you spend the lines between them, forming your space, depends entirely on you. Actually, my abstract painting is the formation of a new emotional space in me and around me. This is my communication with you. I'm on the move, I'm open to this new, brightly colored world. My world is, among other things, a brick at the base of your personal world. And I will be happy if my works give you pleasure and carry you away. Welcome!
