Painting: Acrylic on Canvas.
Mineral and plant are my nature inspiration for this new kakemono diptych. They represent survival to the sands of time in two different ways.
Underground minerals slowly mute for thousands of years and become precious stones, with remarkable shapes and transparencies; overland, jungles and forests develop their luxuriance depending on season, a rhythmic cycle with high and off-peak periods, but still unalterable.
This high and round superimposition evokes leaves, trees and birds rising to the sun with exotic shades. Some stylized arcs of a circle appear like light beams through branches, warming up the scene.
