currently on exhibition at Chop Chop Salon 830 N La Brea, LA CA 90038 After the painting Our House; I was thinking about the idea of the house as a metaphor. The role of me as a house. The raised foundations like the roots connecting me to my past. Then there is also me, the architect of my fortunes. How can I repair and rewrite the definitions and bounties that define me with out the hand of “better me”. My own personal God, holding me up. I tighten those cables; I hold up the house, and I descend the stairs to the rainbow below, to see how the whole thing works.
