ABOUT THE ARTWORK
I wanted to achieve the feeling of monumentality with a forced perspective from below. To represent these grey marbles I have opted for cold tones and forced the contrast with the sky to increase the luminosity of the bell tower. Watercolor lends itself very well to playing with lights and also allows you to recreate architectural details. In this case of the façade of the temple of San Juan de Dios in Granada. Baroque in style, it is one of the many monuments that enrich this city. Although the painting is very well framed, I choose to put it on sale without molding, only with the mat for reasons of weight for transport. You can choose to sell it with a frame if the buyer prefers by increasing the price with the price of the trim and transportation.
