Prayer night Painting

Duc Tran (Tran Hoang Minh Duc) was born in Hue in 1964. He has had a passion for art in general and painting in particular since he was young. Since then, he always researched and studied from professors at Hue University of Fine Arts. Outside of exhibitions in Vietnam, he was invited to exhibit in Brussels, Belgium in 1998; Atrium Gallery in Melbourne, Australia in 2000; Beauty Gallery, Singapore in 2002; Tu Do Art in Houston, Texas in 2004. His artworks also are included in H&S Collections. He has always pursued abstract impressionism until today with typical Vietnamese scenes. They mainly focus on couples or the memories of the river and village of his hometown. In addition, he always exploits the beauty of wildflowers in a very honest and poetic way. Duc Tran's works often have innocent features but are very spontaneous and simple, so art lovers can feel the appeal and romance from them.
