Once I saw a video on Instagram in which a blogger treats a guy from an African village to chocolate. They say that hundreds of modeling agencies wrote to her, asking to help find this guy. He was so handsome. I saw purity in his gaze. It inspired me to create this picture. Breathtaking purity of people cut off from civilization, living according to their own rules and laws. Water in a transparent glass enhances this symbolic connection. The painting is based on a photo reference made by Alessio Albi.
