Corina Flamma-Shrman is a Multimedia artist who loves Art her work has been selling privately since age of 12 ,mentored by Ghana's National Artist Kofi Antubam the first girl in Achimota school in Ghana to work in his professional studio and with the sculptor Ofei Her work was presented on display to the Queen of England on their visit to Ghana . Prince Phillip discussed her work in person Whilst Learning french the local beaux arts in France allowed her to paint in their studios A large portait done in France was bought for the Presidential palace of an African President An American Ambassador saw it and offered her an art scholarship for better or for worse she stayed a natural but enquiring artist .. David Talbot Rice The Art Collector in London was her official Legal Guardian in UK. She was surrounded by his art collection. As a minor. She was encouraged in the Arts by her mother who also trained her and her sisters to sing Then .through John Dunbar an Art Teacher and husband of Marianne Faithful Corina met the Beatles and Apple who gave her and her sisters a publishing contract as songwriters whilst still legal minors. Next came records with CBS ...( photographed by Sir Patrick Litchfield for Vogue USA & working with classics as Sammy Davis Junior and Mahalia Jackson they have a cult following in Britain till today reselling their music as investments .. corina always painted and chose to study Africa studies at SOAS next to artist friends at the Slade . she later qualified in Architecture, and worked as a site architect on Canary Wharf for SOM. She has been AN Artist in residence for GLC and Cultural officer for an Education Dept….and taught architecture.;Corina was briefly married to Chris Hill after he was involved in Indica books which moved to his Bookshop Southampton Row London he was made director of the company connected with Indica Gallery begun by others at MASONS YARD when YOKO ONO exhibited an dmet John Lennon. During her marriagecCorina lived inTavistock Devon and London She began painting profilically in Devon and was given a Gallery by Local people to exhibit on Duke St Her work was collected bY Antique Dealers The Bawdens Later she had a Gallery of her own in Camden London. her art works are presented as here as well as audio tapestry single 'Pressure' for music installations, reinforcing her theme of Art sans frontieres .
