Queen of Shamans is a collaborative 3D piece created by J Edward Neill and sculptor Tahina Morrison. While painted on traditional deep-edge canvas, a layer of lightweight spackle was used to create the shaman girl, making her quite literally pop off the canvas. The Queen of Shamans prepares for her ascension by standing in an otherworldly wind. She shivers, for she knows the challenges lying ahead.
