About The Artwork
This work is a very complicated layering of two layers of quadrilateral arrays that sometimes intersect to create a cube pattern. The lower layer consists of bright yellows and red tones while the top layer is 11 gradations of ultramarine blue. The overall effect is one of shimmering ripples, of movement and expansion.
